Linux stats not updating

I've checked file permissions, I've tried removing the existing stats (which then just gives an error), and I'm running out of ideas. I've even compared them to directories and files of other sites whose stats are being updated properly and they match exactly.I turned on debugging and the output is mostly just info about passing IP addresses to Childs and resolving the IP to DNS names. Webalizer is set to use incremental logs because our logs are rotated daily. I am tempted to clear the directory and start the stats again and possibly just have the old stats visible at an other url. The output of the debugger mostly talks about sending IP addresses to Childs in order for reverse DNS lookup.You can done this from the c Panel and also from the command line.

As a consequence I have to manually update them myself each day in order to avoid losing my stats.Parsed lines in file: 9 Found 0 dropped records, Found 0 corrupted records, Found 0 old records, Found 9 new qualified records. newest log with data in it ../access_log.1 is dated for Feb 23. But we've had internal and external access of webmail and no report of it.
